This is a nice product. I'm not entirely certain of the truth of the theory that taking Yohimbe bark to get Yohimbine can be toxic because of the other compounds found in the bark, but if you're not sure (as I am) and want a really pure form of yohimbine, this is a fantastic alternative to the overwhelming number of Yohimbe bark products on the market.
You will notice a nice bit of smooth energy, nothing like ephedra or even caffeine. If you're using it for fat loss I def suggest stacking it with something else that contains at least caffeine because it doesn't seem strong enough of a stimulant on its own to really make a big difference.
Some nice side benefits (beyond fat loss properties):
- def a solid supp for sexual performance
- great for pre-workout wt. training (gives you a nice "pump")
- decent for pure energy usage also
My only one slight complaint is the potentcy. An ideal dosage is at least 9 mg daily and this is only 2.5mg per capsule, so though one bottle is pretty cheap, you can rip through it really quickly. |
