I have taken zma before and although I did not find this particular brand to be the most effective, I find it very hard to argue with the price. I am not sure about any added strength gains, but the sleep I have experience while taking this is off-the-charts. Overall it is a very good product. I still think that I will give zinc picolinate a shot for my next zinc product.
