yup i like this stuff, as with everything it doesn't work the same for everyone. the lemonade flavor is not so good, but the others are good. big pumps gets me going when i don't have a ton of motivation. what works best for me is taking this stuff on an empty stomach about an hour before working out then eating a small meal protien bar or whatever just before working out. don't take it if you plan on sleeping any time soon! i used to buy no-explode but this has the same stuff plus more. start with 1//2 scoop and work your way up. |
