By far, the best supp in my arsenal.
This container is 4 dollars and will literally last you months on end. Buying the same amount of caffeine in pill form would be rediculous.
I was buying NO-DOZ and vivarin before this and i was running out every couple of weeks.
The quality of the caffeine is good. 1/8 to 1/4 tsp (depending on how i feel that day) is all you'll need. Start at 1/8 tsp. Thats about 250mgs.
Stack it with 25mg ephedrine HCl and throw in an aspririn. You now have a cheap and effective pre-workout or fat burning stack.
It doesnt taste bad. 1/4 tsp in a glass of water is un-noticable. slightly bitter is all.
Buying in pill form is a joke. This saves a ton of money. You cant beat this price.
