I have bought a lot of supps and noops in bulk...and Rhodiola is the nastiest stuff I have ever had in my mouth. Even worse, it will stick to your gums and you need to brush your teeth after every dose.

definately need to cap this. But even than, its a bitch and a half.This shit sticks to everything.

I havnt noticed much for effects yet.
