ON makes good products and this is no exception. I got the chocolate supreme, its decent tasting but its the consistency that really makes it nasty. Forget mixing with a spoon. Even with a shaker with a circular whisk in it, it comes out like sludge. Very thick. Its much more bearable if blended. Pair this with some EFA and some other BCAAs to make an uber bedtime shake!
