4 weeks of a low dosage (1-2 caps a day) resultet in +5lbs and a much more muscular appearance, especially my legs grew nice
strength was also up (squats, deads and bench all around + 10 %)
the only sides were that i was hungry all the time so you need to keep fat gain low...
