I'm a natural endomorph (hardgainer.) I haven't even gone through 3/4ths of my 10 lb tub and I've already gained about 10 lbs of muscle. Great stuff, but I reccomend you try chocolate or strawberry as vanilla is pretty foul. 1fast400 even included a shaker bottle which is perfect for this stuff. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase.
