I read the ads about Meltdown & I was excited because I had already used Yohimbine before & it is the most powerful thermogenic that I have ever used. Meltdown claimed to have 3 different kinds of Yohimbine in it. I didn't feel like Meltdown was very thermogenic. It gave me a noticeable, but not pronounced energy for approx. 2 hours per dose. Believe it or not, I actually GAINED 5 lbs the 1st week that I used Meltdown. This was while on a strict low-carb diet & doing intense cardio 3 days per week & weights 2 days per week. I used the whole bottle of Meltdown & I didn't start to lose any weight until I started stacking with Coleus Forskolin & Green Tea extract during my 3rd week of using Meltdown. I have seen other reviews on other sites that basically say the same thing as mine. So, save your money on this one & don't believe what you read in VPX's 2 & 3 page ads for this product. |
