The amino acids are well balanced and you'll get almost 5 grams of extra proteins by each serving.
Don't dream about getting a massive muscle grow or anything that compares to illegal stuff but you
will build some solid muscles and the "time release" formula is always handy to spread your intakes during the whole day (and even night).
