I was appalled at the taste too at first...but here's what you do. Go to the grocery store and get some boxes of those sugar-free Kool-Aid "On the Go" packets. Dump a stick in your shaker cup with your 10grams or whatever of the BCAA, and 16 oz of water. Good to go. You'll still taste the BCAA a *little* the first couple times, but after than you wont even notice it. |
