I lost water-weight, definitely. more vascular, more definition, all the things that come along with loss of water-weight. However, I didn't notice the same results as with Taraxatone. I ordered this only because Taraxatone was out of stock at the time, and this had a similar profile. H2O Lean isn't a bad product, but it's not the best OTC diuretic out there.
