Im stacking this and beta-alanine, good stuff. Ive seen a nice increase in strength and size. I just put up 265 on bench friday and 375 squat yesterday, not bad for a 5'7" 220 D lineman (i think). those are great gains since by this time last year my bench max was 225 and my max squat was around 330. Nice increase in size (tho i havent measured), I can tell just by looking at me that I have gotten bigger; bigger chest, wider shoulders, thicker legs, even my calves and forearms look bigger. Overall great product by itself, works just as creatine should. want even better results stack this w/ beta-alanine and you will not be sorry. |
