First of all, the chocolate flavor was THE best chocolate protein shake that I have ever tried. I began to see an increase in mass in a week or two. With just one 4 lb tub of this stuff, I gained about 3 pounds of lean mass (didn't notice any fat increase at all), while working out 45 min a day, taking half servings right afterwards. I also had another half about 5 hrs later as a mrp. I will probably buy this again when I'm bulking.
