all i was looking for in this product was strength gains, and i definitely got them! i am 6'2" 208 and began the cycle at around 200. i wasnt looking to pack on much weight, just strength, so i only supplemented with rhodiola 110 pre work out and minor protein. i'm sure if i took 1g protein/body weight i would have ballooned to at least 215-220. i felt no aggression towards anything other than the iron! i started my PCT this week, no strength decrease yet. this is a product i would use 1 time per year, possibly 2 (going into winter, and coming out of.) i am pushing out 4-6 reps in all muscle groups with weight i could do 1 rep if any before the m-drol. |
