I took this product for 4 weeks with proper diet and training. I started off with one pill a week, then 2, then 3 and stayed at 3 for week 4. I didnt feel much at 1, at 2 it was ok, but the 3rd week at 30mg was the best, week 4 was pretty bad... my joints started hurting, and I kept getting headaches in the gym, the only side effects i got was lethargy, a few pimples, and lower libido... Overall gained about 4 lbs of muscle, and mild strength gains in the gym, it looks like i put on muscle but not as much weight on the lifts as I was hoping |
