This is a good product to use with creatine or while cycling it off. Another good thing about this product is it lasts a pretty long time. The only thing I didn't like was the poor mixing quality, so I started justing taking a scoop and poring it in my mouth and then taking a big swig of water. Considering there is not much to the product I had good pumps and decent energy, I would recommend taking a creatine product while on this if your looking for quick gains.
