This stuff is so inexpensive. I use a 1/8 teaspoon measure and that's just about 300mg's worth, which is strong enough. Sometimes I use 1/4 teaspoon and that's as far as I go. Dosing twice a day everyday, and the bottle's going to last me over a year, easily.
