This product gives me the perfect amount of energy to workout at the level that I like to be at.I've been taking it for about a week now and I haven't felt it down regulate.My only concern right now is if will negatively affect my adrenals.Probably not a bad idea to take in a 2 on/ 2 off cycle with neurostim on off days if concerned with adrenal fatigue.If you just want to get wired and workout like a madman, take this stuff.
