This stuff tasted excellent! I noticed results at first but in the form of only a few more reps here and there, not tons of weight fast, but you gotta start somewhere, right? Then I stopped taking it and just deflated, I lost 5 pounds off of my 165 lbs frame. Thats a big deal for me so I started taking it again and I went right back up. This stuff tightes your skin too, good for beach season
