I love this stuff! The price is totally unbeatable. I take 10 grams pre, 20 grams during, and 10 grams after a workout. 1000 grams lasts forever! Don't be a pussy and complain that it doesn't mix and that it tastes bad. All BCAA's are like that. Throw the powder in your mouth and chase it down with water. Highly reccomended!!!
