I've used this site for years and never written a review. I'm a former personal trainer, have been working out for 17 years, and consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about diet and supplementation. I rarely spend my money anymore on anything but the basics (vitamins, proteins, aminos, oils, antioxidants...).
I'm just finishing my first 500g Leucine and noticed an immediate difference. Within days I was looking stronger and leaner. Based on the recent research, I've been taking quite a bit. With a digital scale I've been measuring 5g tablespoons and flushing down the powder with water 4-5x a day between meals. I'd read to take as much as a gram per kg of bodyweight. (That seems a little extreme to me but I read it in a very reputable magazine that was referencing a very thorough study)
