I have been working out now continuously and religiously for 2 1/2 years. I have went through so many jugs of protein powders. (However nothing compares to the PurePro cans made by ABB) Out of all the proteins I have tried, this is by far the best tasting one. It also keeps you full for a solid three hours, due to the casein, when normally I'll be hungry within the hour. GREAT PRODUCT, another success by BSN.
