This definitely does what it says it will do. I did notice a feeling of anxiety in the beginning stages of the cycle. I just took a few deep breaths and calmed myself down, no big deal. I ate with a clean diet and 1 cheat meal every 3 days at 6 meals per day. I work out hard. I also recommend that you drink protein shakes, at least 2 daily, to maintain muscle size, fullness, and strength. I took this mainly to just shred and lean down. I wanted to get the rest of my 6pack out and it did the trick definitely. GREAT PRODUCT.
