I remember buying these bars about a couple years ago. When I saw the lab results I was a little shocked. But most protein bars aren't the healthiest thing to eat anyways. Eat a piece of chicken breast if you're so afraid of turning into a fatass. Anyways, I've tried all the bars and love them all. I once ate an entire box in one sitting because they are so damn good. If you're concerned that they're really bad for you, then just eat one when you are tempted into eating something like pizza. Use it as a cheat meal or something convenient when other healthy food is not available. I wouldn't say to make it your main source of food. But these do taste good and taste very wholesome. |
