Wow what can i say amazing product. took 1 pill before bed, i slept for damn near 10 hours!!!! didnt feel drowsy when i woke up either. i take this stuff one pill at a time, ones enough for me, one side effect though, if you dont drink enough water your stomach feels pretty shitty, but thats all, will be buying another bottle soon and maybe one for my girlfriend!!! great stuff!!!
