this stuff really helps you shed the pounds but there are consequences... that is the short of it. if you want more detail, continue reading...
i started this product at about 180-185.. i'm 5'10" so i didn't have a significant amount of weight to lose, i was really just looking to "tone up". almost immediately after starting this i began to "flush"... a kind of hot, itchy feeling. wasn't unbearable and the longer i was on the product, it became less and less but i wouldn't say it ever went away. i did 5 days @ one capsule and everything seemed to be ok besides flushing, so i increased it to 2.
while i had notice that i had an increased heart rate at the one capsule dose, it really showed when i began taking 2. instead of making cardio easier, i found it to be growing increasingly harder. i had been running (on treadmill) 30 minutes @ 6mph speed, a total of 3 miles..actually had been doing this for probably a couple months, so it had actually begin to become quite an easy cardio session. the longer i was on venom, the harder it proved. i would feel completely drained by 20-25mins in, whereas before i was able to seemingly breeze through it. cardio aside, my weight training became more difficult too... but that doesn't surprise me quite as much because anytime you're losing weight, it is difficult to maintain strength---or in my experience, it has been.
i took this product for probably a month and a half, maybe? my weight when i decided to come off of them was at 165ish. a good 15-20lb loss... but i always felt awful. i barely had energy to get through my workouts, and i often felt like i was going to pass out even when i wasn't exercising. just not a good feeling which was ultimately what made me decide to go off them. it did help me lose the weight/tone up, and it did make my appetite decrease tremendously... i'll even be honest and say that i slipped up off my usual diet quite often and still the scale's numbers continued to decline... so this is a powerful product.
i have been off the product for well over a month, maybe two now. my weight sits right back at 180-185. the product worked while i was on it, obviously... but now i'm questioning if it was ever worth it seeing as soon as i quit taking it all my progress disappeared. it took a good week and a half before i started feeling "normal" again, and probably 2-3 weeks for me to be able to start working out at the intensity i was before taking them. just something to honestly ponder before starting this product.
i HAVE considered going back at a 1 capsule dose and staying at that, but due to my experience already, i'm highly reluctant and don't really feel like wasting anymore time for my weight to just raise if i should ever decide to go back off them---and who wants to take a fat burner forever? below are before and after pictures. i hope this review has been useful.
