i had this and then got nanovapor. this was WAY more consistent. i got lemonade. taste isnt bad at all if its not too concentrated. my chest n arms would be so pumped up. especially combined with fascia stretching. i felt like i could keep pushing myself too. definetely more confident with this in my system but without the caff (which i dont respond to anyways) its not much of a stim, what-so-ever.

overall good supp n im buying again
