Ok, sesamin rocks and this one is as good as any other else. Just remember to take it after your meals and with a lot of fat. This in CKD and fish oils works wonders. It makes ketosis start much much faster and it helps shed all those pounds in an incredible speed. Just can't imagine doing CKD without it.

Just redeeming myself for the other review, didn't do it justice, and gave it a shot one more time.
