Well..., my first review :)
Not a great one I fear. I've waited quite a bit before writing this review as I wanted to be shure, that I didn't miss anything. But after quite a few tries I guess I haven't. I read a lot of good things about the Rhodiola product. Hence I was quite eager to try it. At first I capped it at 250mg per 00 cap. Later made some more caps with about 400mg per 00. The absolute max I could squeeze in was around 420 -440 mg per 00. This stuff is a bitch to cap. (very fluffy) Just so you know.
I've tried various dosages starting with 250mg, at 3 or 4 times a day. The net effect was zero. Absolutely nothing. Not even a placebo effect (I really wanted it to work). :( . Upped the dose to 500mg 2 - 3 times a day . Still nothing. My maximum was about 1.2g at once. Which still did, absolutely nothing. Man I was disappointed. I don't know what all the other ppl are talking about. But I shure as hell didn't notice anything different. I've tried taking it with phenibut. Trying several dosages (phenibut as well as Rhodiola) but all to no avail. I couldn't distinquish any difference from the regular phenibut cap. No matter how much Rhodiola I took. (also went up to about 1.2g at once.
Damn, really feel kinda gutted. Usually, u can at least feel _something_ ,but that was not the case here. Honestly truly,zip. I've measured bloodpressure several times after taking the caps. There too was no difference from my regular bloodpressure (regardless Rhodiola dosage). I'm really skeptical about this compound. Better try a small quantity first, before you waste you're money on something that doesn't do anything 4 u. I wonder if the rave reviews here were due to placebo effect.
Anyways, such were my findings.
