No diet, no workout schedual, just the pills and i still saw a change.
I decided to buy this after doing research and finding that 7 of the ingredients in JetFuel are on the top 10 list. I dont recall exactly which ingredients they were but i know a few of them were: Caffeine, green tea, Synephrine, Yohimbine, Vinpocetine & Evodiamine.
I went through a bottle of this while unable to go to the gym or even run. I was eating 3 large meals a day and it was high carb crap food. Army AIT runs a tight schedual and you need to eat to sustain, not mass but life. If i had the option i'd have never touched well over half the stuff i ate there but when it's all there is, that or nothing, i ate it. I took Jetfuel during this time in my army carrer. IU saw a definite decrease in appatite, an increase in energy and better stamina when i ran long distance. Having had some result without dieting or exercise I could only imagine my results could i have trained will on it
