I'vew never been driven to try any of universals products in the past but prior to leaving for basic training i had some extra cash I wasn't going to need so thought i'd give this a shot. It's a great quality protein, with additional Glutamine and creatine; which takes two birds with one stone. I appreciated the serving size as well. Each scoop contains 10 grams of protein so it is completely customizable for your individual needs. I'd do anywhere from 1 to 4 scoops depending on time of day and what is was blended with. I had the chocolate and often would combine 1 scoop with a scoop of a soy MRP From www.securemeals.com. The MRP had only 7g's Protien but a complete vitamin and mineral profile and only 70 cals. For $5 i bought the sample pack that to is definitely worth checking into. (All that news about soy and estrogen in men = bullshit. So some research.) |
