Review:

Great postworkout drink that helps me recover faster than anything else I have consumed. Inlcudes hydrolyzed whey, high amounts of BCAA's and a great carb mix. Bye bye whey and waxy maize.

I put this down immediately after and have a larger postworkout meal an hour later. Tropical flavor is good. A little gritty but good.
