Liver tabs helped my strength, size, muscularity go through the roof, no bs! The heme iron in these things can build up blood levels and tissue stores of iron that can really crank up a workout. Since i have been using this product, I have not been sore once after any workouts. I've been lifting hard for years and have used literally all kinds of various aminos, protein powders and testosterone aids, and I have still been sore as hell. Granted, I know soreness is gonna happen regardless, but I have not once been sore stacking this product by taking 4 tabs first thing in the morning, 4 with lunch, 5-6 pre-workout, 6 post workout, 4 bedtime. Great source of aminos and vitamins, plus glandular liver contains all the nutrients that "our" liver needs to perform adequately. I wouldn't rely on liver tabs while on a prohormone, but contrary to other people's thoughts, liver tabs do support liver health. Think about it, liver tabs contain all the nutrients that the liver does and can essentially build up levels of critical nutrients that may be lacking in someones liver. But milk thistle, tumeric, lecithin are also a plus while on ph. If you want to see good gains all around, whether bulking or cutting, liver tabs should be a staple in the diet.
