This is a mainstay for anyone looking to put on good lean muscle. I find eating enough to be a major challenge when looking to gain muscle and find myself still "full" by the time the next meal arrives, however, i've noticed a more consistent ability to eat since incorporating this product. I find the heavyness i feel after eating goes away much faster and i feel a greater feeling of complete digestion. For the first time i can eat each meal on time as planned and the rewards have been a weight gain of 2-3 kg without an increase in body fat. I'm currently doing an 8 week cutting cycle and still use it with my meals to get the most out of the limited calories. When i return to bulking, i will use these with digestive bitters and complete a review of the two products together. It's not a product with impressive adverts or flashy ingredients but body utilisation of the food your consuming is just as important as the type of food. Clinical trials with products like aminogen suggest you can get more out of a set amount of protein when you have enhanced digestion/assimilation.
