Okay I'll start of by letting everyone know I mix this with beta-alanine everytime. I became interested in Citrulline Malate after using Man Body Octane. I would always notice something with it, but I would be dissapointed half way threw. I would cycle it but would always run into a wall due to the fact that it would turn into a damn brick about a week after opening. So looking to find something not as expensive 2 years later I see this and figure what the hell. I take about half a teaspoon along with beta-alanine (also half a teaspoon) before training. Surprise surprise, pretty much the same Sh*t. I LOVED body octane and this is not much different. Just finished using it in another training session and wow. It's somewhat like im not even training. I dont really breath hard or feel fatigued so soon into a session. It's nice, and I don't do that whole everyday 6 grams or whatever crap people say. Once before training only, and it still works. Increase in poundage and the ability to lift it just as many times as the weight i used before. Pretty incredible, as usual NO complaints with Citrulline Malate. Will try to remember to post results down the road. |
