Alright guys, today was the first day in the gym and here's how it went....
Woke at 6 am popped a cap and took my favorite PreWO supp got in the gym and had serious focus and intensity. I can honestly say i pushed myself harder than usual... that must be pretty good considering I push myself hard everytime I hit the weights. The only negative I experienced with this was a nasty feeling in my stomach for about 15 mins... but then it all cleared up. I'm guessing that was my body responding to the new supp. After the WO I hit the cardio and wow... this is where I saw a lot of energy. With most body builders we hate cardio, me being one of them... today I didn't want to stop.
So thus far I'm liking this stuff, but only time will tell. If you guys have any questions let me know and we will start a forum all about Levi Reloaded.
