Review:

What's not to love? Great product, amazing results, and great price. One of the most basic, effective supplements you can use in bodybuilding and sports performance.

I've used it with amazing success for the following:

1. Keeping damn near all my muscle when cutting VERY hard with low cals (50g/day)

2. Getting in better workouts (20-40g around workout)

3. Gaining pure, clean MASS (40-50g/day)

4. Great for "fasted" AM cardio to keep your muscle! (5-10g)

5. Great for recovery from workouts and reducing soreness! (20-40g around workout)

YES the doses are high, but this BN product lets you do it in a reasonable way! It's well worth the money. I'd use this over whey protein all day any day.
