I have just finished off my 10 pound tub of this stuff, I love the taste of this stuff and it mixes better than any protein i have tried. I was hooked on optimum nutrition but they got way to expensive and never tasted as good as this stuff. I do not see a difference really in strength or size on this protein and i know it has less protein per serving but it is cheaper than ON and it tastes so much better so its worth it to me!
