I've been lifting for 10 years and this is the first product I can say DOES work! It is cheap and you only need to take it when you work out, none of this taking it even on off days like most products. however every one reacts different to all things and this product does produce side effects for me. 1. Pimples on forearms and yes its noticeable after only two weeks. 2. Freak like long black hairs on upper back and I mean like over night long ass black hairs but only here and there.
