Day one: Placebo maybe? Great mood and labido.
Day two: Legs- pumps were fucking amazing and was sore untill next leg training session.
First week: Not too much strength gains, but, muscles are tighter and fuller, endurance through the roof.
Week two: Ive been going very light on shoulders and tri's due to shoulder injury's that i dont want to worsen. I went heavy for a change and was throwing the 75 dumbells / shoulder press like a breeze therefore the strength is kicking in.
Week 3 is starting right now i will keep everyone posted.
