Bought this after some reviewed that it help repair joint problems. Hurt my right shoulder joint after trying to lift with too much weight. No regret, it work! It not just strengthen all my joints it increased my overall strength and endurance level. The best part is that my bod is ripped and pump up most of the time even on non-training day, and was asked what I have been taking.
In order to make it last, I took half the recommended dosage on non-training day and full dosage on training, and it still works.
No side effect! I found it is more effective when taken alone without stacking with any other supp. More protein required in my diet since I train harder when on this. |
