Review:

Top notch review for the BCAA's. Taste is bad, but I have easily gotten used to the flavor and it doesn't bother me anymore. I mix 20 grams into a large (sports, like lacrosse, hockey) waterbottle. I shake it up and it mixes in. Great for recovery, great for preventing DOMS.
