Decent product, but was surprised by the taste, really thought it would taste better. Though pro complex gainer is a little more pricey, definitly much better overall as far as ingredients(vit&min, aminogen,whey isolates,egg, etc) and taste. Again pretty decent, but next time I'll be paying a little more for pro comlex gainer.
