This stuff works great. I only took 750mg (i only weigh 145) 30 mins before wkout. I put it in some orange juice and couldn't taste it at all. The pumps were great.

This is an awesome AEE product. Your better off buying this than the pump supplement coctails. You can cap this if you want but you dont have to worry about the tatste is you don't.
