This stuff is not bad at all. It tastes pretty darn good and seems to be of great quality. I am a very picky person when it comes to flavor. I have tried many different brands. This ranks up there pretty high. I have to say that the taste does stay with you for a few hours if you dont have anything after it. And that after a few weeks of one or more shakes per day, it gets a little old. But, again, its not bad. It mixes thin with milk so you can chug it if you so desire. All in all, a good product worth the money spent.
