my 1star rating is not based on a cycle completed review but more based on it's immediate effects to my body. LOOK UP INFORMATION ON SULPHUR ALLERGIES BEFORE TAKING THIS PRODUCT. it says on the bottle that if you are sensitive to sulphur that you should be careful. i however, did not know that i was allergic to sulphur until i had taken the product, being that there are sulfites in lots of things. i guess however, that the amount of sulphur in this product was too much for my body to handle. i noticed my stomach feeling upset a little bit during the first day, i quit taking the product upon the 2nd day. it made me sick to my stomach for at least 10 days.. and i can honestly say i've never in my life been sick that long. and the effects that i thought were very bad to me are actually quite mild compared to someone who has a serious allergy. my only advice is this.. if on the 1st day.. something along the lines of flushing, fast heartbeat, wheezing, hives, dizziness, stomach upset and diarrhoea, collapse, tingling or difficulty swallowing occurs.. then stop the product immediately, in some people it actually could be life threatening. most of the people who take this product will be fine, but for a small percentage of us out there, it can be very harmful.
