I'm one of the very few that is trying to use this in a pulse cycle. I am taking 40mg every other day while which is on lifting days for 2 weeks, then off, then on for two weeks, then off as described. I understand and agree to a certain point that such an anabolic substance should be sustained at high levels in the blood stream to get the anabolic effect, however I'm not certain that it would lower so much on off days to make it useless. As the company states, the gains will be slower in a pulse method, but the whole "cycle" can be stretched out and the long term gains could possibly be better.
Anyway, so far I'm on day 10. Yesterday was the first day that I had a repeat workout. In other words, it was the second time I had hit chest why using Epistane, so I had a chance to see if there were any strength gains. I went up in reps and strength in all 5 exercises (I lift Heavy Duty style) but nothing too out of the ordinary. I do have to admit, that I put on a surprising amount of weight on the decline. 20lbs from the last workout to be exact. That certainly isn't a "normal" gain after only one day of rest between workouts. I will post my results after the first and second cycle as well (each being one month). |
