I can't explain how or why... but this stuff works. Plain and simple.
For the last two months, I have been experiencing dull pain in my knees and some tendonitis in my elbow. Within two days of using this product, I am absolutely pain free in my knees and I can already feel the pain in my elbow subsiding. Amazing.
Like I said, I don't know how this product works (I bought it on a whim), but I am 100% convinced it is effective in treating joint pain.
Dosage: I took 1/4 tsp in the am and 1/4 tsp in the eve before bed.
