I've seen good results with this. Leaner, had a 4-pack ab set going on (not bad...ha ha) and thought highly of this product overall. Only side effects, was that you stay "regular" with the facilities...no big deal...that's good...and it may cause some upper GI stuff (burping), but you can control that....eat with your meals and it won't happen. I think I'll sacrifice with those two misely side effects for a set of abs anyday!! :)
